Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 shallot (finely diced)
- 1 clove garlic (finely diced)
- 1 inch ginger (finely diced)
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1½ tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 1½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp worchestorshire sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- black pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Add shallots, garlic, ginger, sunflower oil, and chili flakes to pan on medium heat. Cook until onions turn translucent.
- Add brown sugar. Cook until sugar melts.
- Add smoked paprika. Quickly mix into paste.
- Deglaze with Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Add Tomato Ketchup, Worchestorshire sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, black pepper, and salt.
