Ingredients
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce - [1]
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cornstarch - [2]
Instructions
- Mix everything together.
- Simmer on medium-low heat for around 1 minute or until thickened.- [3]
- Apply to anything.
- If using for marinade, substitute with regular soy sauce.
- If using for marinade, omit.
- If using for marinade, skip.
